Time We Defy Federal Statute and Take Back Our Constitutional Rights!

We have been lectured time and time again about the weight federal statutes have on the way state and local governments run their municipalities. This is being taken a step further as we are now seeing liberal circuit judges cropping up from liberal hell holes around the country to defy Trump’s actions with regards to a variety of immigration policies; policies he is attempting to enact that fall within the confines of the office of the President.

If these federal justices run amok want to defy federal law then I say conservative judges do the same when it comes to the federal government instituting legislation that infringes on our constitutional rights. The federal government after all has absolutely no right to enact legislation to restrict the 2nd amendment or any other portion of the Constitution, and it’s time we see judges defy the liberals on this and other over reaches by the federal government.

We watched a liberal federal judge in Hawaii block Trump’s imposed travel restrictions from various Middle East countries with known ties to terrorism. Thus activist judge played the typical liberal rhetoric trying to convince Americans that this travel order was somehow racist towards muslims when in actuality it was essentially the same travel restrictions put in place by Obama when he was in office. Of course we didn’t hear a damn thing from the liberal media when Obama restricted travel in to the United States, affecting the people he holds most dear. (Oops did I just say that)

Nonetheless, we are seeing the exact same thing play out again as Trump is starting to clamp down on sanctuary cities by restricting federal funds if they don’t comply with federal statute.

According to Fox News,

The ruling from U.S. District Judge William Orrick III in San Francisco said that Trump’s order targeted broad categories of federal funding for sanctuary governments, and that plaintiffs challenging the order were likely to succeed in proving it unconstitutional.

The decision will block the measure for now, while the federal lawsuit works its way through the courts.

The news comes on the heels of the Department of Justice threatening on Friday to cut off funding to eight so-called “sanctuary cities,” unless they were able to provide proof to the federal government that they weren’t looking the other way when it came to undocumented immigrants.

I love how all of the sudden the liberal, Obama appointed judge are constitutional scholars! Where were they when Obama was wiping his ass with the constitution and throwing open our borders to vagrants from every third world hell hole known to man? I know that may sound a bit harsh but it’s maddening when we see judges all of the sudden discover the Constitution when it can be twisted to suit the liberal cause of the week.

It’s time we all wake up and understand what’s at stake here. Trump has the best interest of the American people at heart as he tries to rid this country of the plague that is the sanctuary city!
