Goodbye to Due Process

We’ve come to a tipping point, what some may even refer to as a Constitutional crisis. Can you be refueled your 2nd amendment right without due process?

Can law enforcement step in and remove your legally owned firearms simply because they make an assumption that you shouldn’t be allows to posses said firearms?

This may seem like a far fetched notion, one that many think could never happen here.  Well I beg to differ as our President, Donald Trump, has since been tossing around the possibility that we should enable law enforcement to act on removing guns from a legal gun owners possession without due process.

If this mindset leaks in to the Republican Party the country as we know it will never be the same.  The GOP has already been infiltrated with numerous left leaning republicans better referred to as “RINO’s” (republican in name only) essentially meaning that they do not align themselves with the conservative principles the party used to stand for.

One of those most important principles being their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America.  When ideas like what President Trump tossed around, “forgetting about due process” this should set off alarm bells and even those who are avid Trump loyalists like myself are here to say that we must hold Trump accountable when he strays from the beliefs and values outlined the in the Constiutution, one of the most important being the right to bear arms!
