Democrats Suddenly Care About States Rights

As the battle rages on when it comes to reopening the country the Democrats, so-called legal scholars and many on the left have suddenly stumbled on a document otherwise known as the Constitution of the United States.

Ten amendments into this document you will find a section that deals with state’s rights… something that Democrats clearly knew nothing about until Trump ascertained that he had the sole right to reopen the country. While I agree with the President on most things this is one thing that I actually disagree with.

The ability to reopen the country should reside at the state and local level. The question is will Democrats remain consistent with their newfound love for the Constitution once this crisis ends?
