Bill Clinton admitted to hospital due to infection

Former President Bill Clinton was admitted to the University of California Irvine’s medical center due to an infection that is unrelated to COVID-19, according to a spokesman.

The representative, Angel Urena, said Clinton is “on the mend and in good spirits.”

The 75-year-old former president has had a history of problems with his heart, but the cause of this infection has not been revealed.
