An arrest has been made after a fake bomb threat interrupted second gentleman Doug Emhoff’s visit to a Washington, D.C., high school in early February.

A 17-year-old girl has been arrested in connection to the incident at Dunbar High School on Feb. 8 that forced Emhoff, who was visiting the school’s museum at the time, and others to evacuate, the Metropolitan Police Department said Wednesday.

The arrest was assisted by Secret Service in addition to local authorities.

The bomb threat was first made to the school’s front desk by an anonymous caller who told school employees that they had 10 minutes to evacuate, said Ashan Benedict, executive assistant chief for MPD, in a February press conference.

Secret Service was made aware of the threat and evacuated Emhoff, who was on a preplanned visit for Black History Month, out of the area. Dunbar High School became the nation’s first black high school, opening in 1870, according to NPR.

Bomb units and bomb-sniffing dogs were sent to the scene and found no signs of any explosive devices. It’s unclear if the threat had any connection to Emhoff’s visit.
