Human error is to blame for the wrong winning numbers being listed for Tuesday’s Mega Millions drawing, according to the New York Lottery.

Prize payments have been temporarily suspended for all Mega Millions tickets in New York after the lottery host, John Crow, read the gold Mega Ball as “6” instead of “9” during the drawing. The winning numbers were later published, lottery officials told WABC.

ENVIRONMENTAL GROUPS JOIN CALLS FOR EXPANDED SUPREME COURT

“The New York Lottery is actively working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible,” the organization said in a statement.

The correct winning numbers for Tuesday’s drawing are 15-19-20-61-70, with a Mega Ball of 9. As of Wednesday, the jackpot was estimated at $99 million.
